The Journey

3 stages. 2 years. 1 transformative experience.

Your OCEAN journey is a structured, two-year programme designed to combine consulting-level skill development with deep, hands-on business expertise. Across three impactful rotations, you'll:

  • Deep-dive into a core business function based on your strengths and interests
  • Work on strategic challenges close to our top leadership
  • Take ownership in an international market, working closely with local leadership to drive growth

Every stage is designed to push you forward – and to prepare you for a leadership role in one of our waterdrop® countries.

It's a 360° development journey. From day one, you'll access 1:1 mentoring, a personal buddy, and a strong cohort of peers.

In addition, you'll receive individual coaching sessions (from an external coach), curated soft-skill training on topics such as strategic communication and cross-cultural leadership, structured feedback and exclusive experiences, such as sports events & country launches.

Who we're looking for

Who we're looking for

We're looking for talented individuals who want to build something – not just sit on the sidelines.

  • A Master's degree or 1-3 years of full-time work experience
  • Strong academic achievement and the drive to excel
  • A track record of bringing your passions to life – through remarkable extracurriculars, side projects, or first professional steps
  • Open to international experiences

But… your mindset and ambition matter most. We welcome talents from all backgrounds and nationalities.
